    1. The supply system was reorganised from Push to Pull model (based on market demand). The MV company received long term competitive edge.
    2. Inventory level was decreased more than 30%
    3. Sales went up to 40%.
    Tegra an international distributor of building
    materials company. The whole Supply Chain included: Germany – Lithuania
    – Russia – Ukraine – Kazakhstan.

    Results:
    1. Sales up by 30%.
    2. Profitability up by 39%.
    3. Inventory turns increased by 1.5
    TOV "Veresenj" in Ukraine. The company was a
    region distributor for FMCG.
    Product portfolio was ~ 5000 SKU

    1. Inventory level decreased from 16 M to 7 M.
    2. Overstock decreased from 6 M to 1 M.
    3. Sales (during 2008 CRISIS) stayed in the same level - 6 M per week.
    4. Inventory turns increased from 2 times / month to 3,5.
